D.C. THE JOY OF FRESH

TARGET

IFPA members, Capitol Hill staffers, Washington D.C. area consumers, and members of produce industry who are in town to address pressing policy issues that impact the industry

GOALS

  • Engage IFPA members and attract non-members to learn more about the organization’s benefits.

  • Raise awareness about the produce and floral industry among area consumers and policy makers.

  • Spread "The Joy of Fresh" messaging among industry and consumers alike.

PROGRAM

  • Create custom interactive installations and activations that engage the target audience.

  • Provide samplings of fresh produce to members of D.C. area community.

  • Educate those in attendance about the benefits of fresh produce.

 

RESULTS

  • Distributed over 100lbs of fresh produce to various consumers, industry members, and policy makers.

  • In person engagement and interaction with hundreds of members of the target audience.

  • IFPA received positive feedback from members, recognizing the support that the organization provides at consumer and advocacy levels.
