Target:

Sports fans, fans of humor and environmentally conscious communities

Goal:

To take advantage of Repreve’s relationship and sponsorship of Matthew Stafford of the Detroit Lions to ideate and create a video program to encourage recycling and brand awareness.

Program:

  • COLLiDE created the first ever remote controlled, self-rejecting trash can to be placed around the Lions facility.  Hidden cameras revealed poor recycling habits from staff and Lions community members.

Results:

  • The viral video was video over 80k times over the first 10 days.
  • It was picked as the top 10 NFL news item of the week and picked up by local media and national sports outlets.
