TARGET:

PMA members and attendees of PMA’s Foodservice 2020 digital conference.

GOAL:

Engage and entertain participants in PMA’s first on line Foodservice conference.  Increase participant and member satisfaction and provide incentives to register for future on line conferences.

PROGRAM:

  • Wrote, produced and directed PMA Today daily news segments featuring chefs and food industry influencers sharing conference highlights along with entertaining educational segments.
  • Developed PMA PLACE, a branded digital hub which housed fun games, a personality quiz, a scavenger hunt leaderboard, an on line library and more…
  • Wrote, produced and directed a welcome monologue featuring members of PMA’s global community.

RESULTS:

  • Generated buzz within the produce industry around PMA’s digital presence during their conference.
  • Increased member satisfaction with online conference experience, resulting in additional sponsorship interest in upcoming events.
